Loan Registration – – Inputting Borrower’s Loan data into LOS with key information.

New Loan Setup / Inputting   – Inputting all the data from across the Mortgage documents received from Borrower, Seller, Real Estate Broker & Mortgage Lender into LOS.

Retail Pre processing – Verification of all required documents before the file moves to Underwriting

Loan Operations Support Team (OST) – is to assist Loan processers completing their tasks in a timely manner with accuracy

Income Review – Review the Borrower’s earnings and calculate annual income to assist underwriters

Loan Closing – Review the Settlement Charges, assist settlement agent through preparing closing instructions and disclosures and closing package.

TRID Preparation –  Prepare final Settlement Statement with all the closing charges listed in it, the charges are to be paid by borrower, Seller / Lender.

TRID Review – is to analyze the important dates in TRID, estimated charges listed in all sections, compare estimated & final settlement charges disclosed to borrower and run multiple testing’s before funding.

Post closing RESPA Review – All Loan Estimation, Closing Disclosures, Change Circumstances and TRIDs are reviewed to ensure the federal guidelines.

Post closing Review – Review funded loans to ensure Secondary market guidelines

Post closing Final Documents Audit – Review the recorded mortgages, Affidavits, POAs and Final Title Policy and other loan documents and ensure those follow proper Real Estate lending/ notary guidelines.
